Mary-Bailey Frank is a David E. Reuben Litigation Fellow at Animal Legal Defense Fund, where Mary-Bailey (Bailey) works on impact litigation to protect nonhuman animals. Prior to this, Mary-Bailey (Bailey) served as a Student Attorney at Duke Law First Amendment Clinic, focusing on protecting freedoms of speech and assembly. Mary-Bailey also worked as a Litigation Clerk at Animal Legal Defense Fund, where Mary-Bailey (Bailey) conducted legal research and submitted comments on animal welfare issues. With a background in international law and legal studies, Mary-Bailey has a strong passion for advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves.
