Robyn Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting, currently serving as a Board Member and Consultant for Animikii Inc. since May 2022. As the CEO and Founder of Rewarding Relationships, Robyn provides executive coaching, facilitates Cultivating Safe Spaces, conducts Indigenous Allyship workshops, and engages as a motivational public speaker, advocating for social justice and European heritage allyship. Robyn previously held the position of Director, People Operations & Finance at Animikii Inc. from November 2003 to March 2022. Robyn's educational background includes certifications in executive coaching, cultural safety training, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Alberta, complemented by ongoing learning initiatives focused on health and wellness.
