Responsibilities:

● Providing support to the business with strategic advice and execution in relation to capital market initiatives undertaken by the parent company and its subsidiaries working closely with senior leaders in the organization. ● Supporting Investor Relations activities to organize investor events ● Responsible for preparing investor pitch decks and other reports ● Explore, negotiate, and liaise with potential investors and actively providing market updates and performance ● Assist in capital raising activities for new projects ● Providing pricing analysis and help negotiate business terms with potential funding partners ● Coordinating between stakeholders to ensure contractual requirements are met ● Directly working with the VP of capital markets to identify and work on new growth opportunities in the gaming, blockchain and vc-backed early-stage investment industries ● Advisory Services including M&A, restructuring and strategic advisory assignments

Requirements / Skill Sets:

● At least 5-7 years solid experience within capital markets, investment with Corporate Development Background ● Bachelor degree or above / holder of professional qualification equivalent in Finance ● Comprehensive understanding of financial modelling techniques is required. ● Proven exposure to equity Safe / Safe Deal flow experiences ● Good understanding and interest in Blockchain / Crypto / Web3 industry is preferred.
