Jennifer Oh

Jennifer Oh has a diverse background in the field of clinical social work. Jennifer founded Strong Roots Therapy in 2021, where they served as the founder. Previously, they worked at Wolf Clinical Services as a Therapist/Coach, providing individual therapy to young adults with substance abuse and severe mental illnesses. At SSG-Asian Pacific Counseling & Treatment Centers, Jennifer held roles as a Psychiatric Social Worker II and Psychiatric Social Worker I, conducting assessments, providing counseling, and maintaining clinical documentation. Jennifer also worked at Humansave as a Therapist, conducting assessments and providing therapy to victims of human trafficking. Jennifer's earlier experiences include internships at Children's Institute, Inc. and Los Angeles Jewish Home, as well as a role as a Social Work Assistant at Kingsley Adult Day Health Center.

Jennifer Oh received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Biola University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Social Work at the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Jennifer obtained a certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Board of Behavioral Sciences in July 2020.
