Alex Waxman

Alex Waxman has a diverse work experience primarily in sales operations. Alex currently serves as the Director of Global Sales Operations at Anitox since July 2020. Before that, they worked at EverCommerce from February 2018 to July 2020 as the Business Unit Sales Operations Director. Prior to that, Alex worked at EBSCO Research, LLC for several years in various roles. From April 2016 to January 2018, they were the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, responsible for managing all aspects of sales support functions and overseeing contract administration. From May 2014 to April 2016, they served as the Account Operations Manager, where they supervised a team and worked on sales strategies and procedures. Alex's earlier roles at EBSCO include Account Operations Coordinator/SalesForce Administrator and Market Research Representative/Transcriptionist. Alex also spent some time as a Telephone Researcher.

Alex Waxman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Pre Law at Georgia State University from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Alex has obtained various certifications including Salesforce Certified Data Architect from Salesforce in June 2022, Certified Steak Judge from the Kansas City Barbeque Society in February 2022, and Salesforce Security Specialist from Trailhead by Salesforce in May 2021. Other certifications include Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Trailhead Ranger, Salesforce Business Administration Specialist, Salesforce Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Certified BBQ Judge from the Kansas City Barbeque Society, Certified BBQ Table Captain from the Kansas City Barbeque Society, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) obtained in various years ranging from 2017 to 2022.
