Phil McGuire

Phil McGuire has extensive work experience in regulatory affairs and business development in the animal health industry. Phil worked at Anitox as the Global Head of Regulatory Affairs, responsible for regulatory compliance on a global scale. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Regulatory Affairs Manager EMEA and AP at Anitox, where they focused on the registration of feed additives and biocides. Phil also worked as a Regulatory Manager EMEA + AP at Anitox. Before joining Anitox, Phil worked as a Technical Consultant at their own company. Phil gained experience in business development as the Business Development Manager at Cyton Biosciences Ltd. In their role at Ceva Animal Health Ltd., Phil served as the Business Unit Manager for Pigs and Poultry, where they successfully launched new products and established the company's presence in the UK swine market. Phil also held the position of Regulatory Affairs Manager for the UK and Ireland at Ceva Animal Health Ltd. Phil started their career at Novartis as the European Technical Development Manager and at Zoecon Corporation as the Technical Development Manager for Northern Europe in the Speciality/Public Hygiene sector.

From 1981 to 1985, Phil McGuire studied at Liverpool John Moores University. Phil obtained a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Applied Biology during this time.
