Irene Makau

Irene Makau is currently serving as a Junior Research Associate at ALN Kenya | Anjarwalla & Khanna since August 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Intern at TripleOKlaw LLP and a Judicial Attachee at Kibera Law Courts. Irene is a member of the Jkuat Moot Society and has held the position of Communication Director at the JKUAT Legal Clinic. Additionally, Irene participated as a member of the International Law Commission for the Kenya Model United Nations from January 2021 to August 2023. Irene is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, expected to graduate in June 2024.
