Megan Sharkey

Megan Sharkey is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in research, curriculum development, and educational leadership. Currently serving as a Research Associate at AnLar and a Research Assistant at George Mason University, Megan specializes in data synthesis and analysis to inform educational practices and mental health initiatives in schools. Previous roles include a significant tenure at Flint Hill School where personalized coaching and project-based learning were emphasized, alongside early childhood educational strategies developed at the Academy of the Sacred Heart. Additional experience includes managing special education services, event planning for KIPP NYC, and journalistic roles that highlight a commitment to social justice issues.
