Wren Hess

Wren Hess is a versatile professional with a strong background in donor services, event planning, and environmental education. Currently serving as a Bookshever/Processor at the Ann Arbor District Library since November 2024, Wren previously worked as a Donor Services Specialist at Alight, where responsibilities included gift entry, database maintenance, and training new team members. Additional experience includes comprehensive planning and research for the City of Charlotte, environmental education work for Chatham County, and various internships focusing on data organization and public engagement. Wren holds a Master of City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Studio Arts and Urban Studies from Macalester College.
