Pratik A. has a diverse work experience in the field of HR technology and projects. Pratik currently works at Annalect as an HR Technology Lead. Prior to that, they were employed at HealthKart as a Lead in HR Automation and Projects. Pratik also worked as a Customer Success Consultant at Darwinbox and as a Lead in HR Technology and Projects at arvato India. Pratik started their career as an HR Business Partner at Morphogenesis and later worked as an Analyst in U.S. Human Resources at Deloitte.

Pratik A. completed their X and XII education in Mathematics and Computer Science at St. Francis College in Lucknow from 1991 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Apeejay School Of Management from 2007 to 2010. Pratik furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at The ICFAI University in Dehradun from 2010 to 2012.
