David L. Finkelstein

David L. Finkelstein is the current CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Annaly Capital Management. David has held this position since November 2016. Prior to this, they served as the company's Chief Investment Officer from August 2013 to October 2016. From January 2009 to December 2013, Finkelstein worked as an officer in the Markets Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. From January 2004 to December 2009, they were a director of Agency MBS Trading at Barclays. And finally, from January 2000 to December 2004, Finkelstein was a vice president of Agency MBS Trading at Citi.
