Lakshya Jain, BSc, MBA, currently serves as Director of Capital Markets - Application Development & DevOps at Annaly Capital Management since September 2020. Previously, Lakshya held various roles at BMO Financial Group, including Software Engineering Manager and Senior DevOps Engineer, where expertise in Java, JavaScript, and microservices was leveraged. Earlier experience includes a position as Development Team Lead at RBC Capital Markets, as well as roles at RBC Bank and Gibs Inspection & Engineering LTD, emphasizing full stack development and risk management.
