Michael Kocheisen

Michael Kocheisen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael is currently the CTO at Annanow Group AG, where they are responsible for developing products and platforms that accelerate and digitize the order fulfillment process in the quick-commerce ecosystem. Prior to that, they served as the CIO for Scout24 Brands at SMG Swiss Marketplace Group.

Before joining SMG Swiss Marketplace Group, they worked at Scout24 Schweiz AG as the CIO (CTO). In this role, they managed and transformed the IT development and operations organization and the data unit to support the growth of Scout24. Michael had cross-functional responsibility for the product development process from the product discovery phase to scale-up.

Michael Kocheisen also gained extensive experience at General Motors, where they served as a Senior Consultant and later as the Head of Analytics Services. During their time at General Motors, they were responsible for developing and implementing software development processes for connected car services and next-generation infotainment systems.

Further back in their career, they worked at INNOArchitects AG as the Head of Technology and Development. Their responsibilities included enabling corporate innovation through the application of design thinking and lean startup methodologies. Michael also worked at Sennseis as an Advisor and Team Member, where they contributed to reimagining education through innovative partnerships. Additionally, they served as the VP of Product Development at Swiss Impulse Group Inc., where they led product definition and implementation for clients.

Earlier in their career, Michael Kocheisen held roles at Swisscom and Access, where they served as the VP of R&D and Head of Service Innovation, as well as the VP of Engineering and Global Platform Development, and Director of Wireless Applications, respectively.

Overall, Michael Kocheisen has a strong background in technology leadership, product development, and innovation across various industries.

Michael Kocheisen obtained their Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 1992 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Electrical Engineering at Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich from 1986 to 1992.
