Monica Rausa

Monica Rausa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and strategic planning within higher education. Currently serving as Special Assistant to the President at Anne Arundel Community College since September 2015, Monica has held multiple roles including Executive Assistant to the President and Strategic Planning Coordinator. Previous positions include contributions at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where Monica assisted in various capacities such as Business Administrative Associate and Consultant, while also serving in pivotal roles within the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research. Monica holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a BA in Communications and Sociology from the University of Illinois Chicago.
