Bharathi Muthuramalingam

Manager, Administration at AnnexMed

Bharathi is in charge of coordinating the organization’s administration system and general workflows. She holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. With over 15 years of RCM Billing expertise, she successfully transitioned new clients for AnnexMed and has managed several transitions.

Her responsibilities include managing employees, promoting corporate communication, and establishing processes to improve workplace efficiency. She also oversees the administrative departments and team members’ day-to-day operations and offers training.

Bharathi also ensures that the firm has all of the required supplies and that all the equipment is in good working condition. She collaborates with the accounting and management teams to create budgets, track spending, and keep track of other costs. She also organizes, schedules, and promotes workplace activities such as meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
