Iram Shaikh

Iram is AnnieCannons’ UX Researcher and Partnerships Coordinator for the ReferAll app, a mobile platform for survivors of trafficking dedicated to generating exit-ramps from exploitation. With a background in education and business analysis, Iram has extensive experience cultivating partnerships with stakeholders, working in agile environments and using strategic thinking to inform her work. Iram currently uses qualitative and quantitative research to inform product design, strategy and goals, helping to unblock and inspire product teams to build thoughtfully. She is passionate about designing experiences informed by data and driven by empathy. She also manages and maintains all nonprofit partners to the app, helping them make successful connections with people using the platform.
