Mike DiLeo

Mike DiLeo has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Mike is currently the Vice President of Corporate & Business Development at Anokion since July 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Director of Corporate Development at Anokion from January 2019 to July 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Program & Alliance Management at Anokion from January 2018 to January 2019.

Before joining Anokion, Mike held the position of Associate Director of Commercial Manufacturing Operations at TESARO, Inc. from March 2017 to December 2017.

Mike also worked at Shire as the CMC Lead from February 2016 to March 2017, where they led a cross-functional team in the development and life-cycle management of a late-stage antibody product.

Mike's experience at Dyax spans multiple roles, including Associate Director of Manufacturing from April 2015 to February 2016, Principal Scientist/Program Manager from February 2013 to March 2015, and Senior Scientist from March 2011 to February 2013.

Mike began their career at Dyax in 2005, initially as a Development Scientist I from August 2005 to March 2007, followed by Development Scientist II from March 2007 to March 2009, and later as a Senior Development Scientist from March 2009 to January 2011.

Prior to Dyax, Mike worked as a Development Engineer at Millipore Corporation from July 2002 to August 2005 and interned as a Process Development Intern at Biogen from February 2002 to June 2002.

Mike DiLeo attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a BS/MS/MBA degree in Chemical Engineering and Business.
