Bruce Montondo

Bruce Montondo is an experienced territory and general manager with a comprehensive background in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Territory Manager and General Manager at Another Broken Egg Cafe since July 2020, Bruce previously held several management roles at Cracker Barrel from February 2014 to March 2020, including General Manager and Senior Associate Manager. Prior experience includes working as Area Sales Director at Buffets, Inc., managing operations for Ryan's Steakhouse across coastal North and South Carolina, and serving as Senior General Manager, Senior Operating Partner, and Operating Partner at Ryan's Steakhouse from 1992 to 2008. Bruce holds an Associate's degree in Commercial and Advertising Art from the University of South Carolina, with educational background from AC Flora and The Art Institutes.
