David Bowles

David Bowles is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Sous Chef at Eataly, under the leadership of Eli Anderson and Matthew Smith since September 2017. Bowles has held various sous chef positions across multiple establishments, including PLAN DO SEE AMERICA, where responsibilities involved overseeing operations at Paley, and at the iconic Columbia Square location within Neuehouse. Previous roles include Sous Chef at TAO Group's Beauty and Essex, key player in the reopening of Clifton's LA, and Chef de Partie with Dinner Lab, Inc. A graduate of the University of Antelope Valley with diplomas in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, Bowles has a diverse background, having worked in catering and line cooking roles at SpaceX and other notable restaurant venues.
