Beth Greenwood

Beth Greenwood has accumulated considerable work experience in various roles and industries. Beth most recently worked at ANR Electric as the Director of Operations starting in July 2023. Prior to that, Beth held positions at Novagard, where they served as the Vice President of Operations from November 2020 to May 2022, and then as the Director of Customer Operations from May 2022 to July 2023. Beth also worked at Great Lakes Cheese as the Manager of Customer Service from February 2020 to November 2020.

Before that, Beth worked at McMaster-Carr in multiple roles, including Manager of Customer Service from April 2018 to January 2020, Manager of Customer Information from June 2016 to April 2018, Supervisor of Text Contact Center & Order Entry from September 2012 to June 2016, and Business Generalist from April 2011 to September 2012.

Earlier in their career, Beth worked at Hiram College as the Assistant Director of College Relations from 2001 to 2007, and at Extron Electronics as a Marketing Writer in 2000. Beth also had a role at Penton as the Assistant/West Coast Editor from 1997 to 2000.

Beth Greenwood holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Beth also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Kenyon College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Customer Experience from The George Washington University, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn, and an InDesign Certificate of Completion from Lynda.com.
