Saurabh Sharma

Saurabh Sharma has over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on project management and operations. Saurabh began their professional career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at Kaplan Financial (Erstwhile: eMind Software Services Pvt Ltd), where they developed and maintained a web-based compliance product. Saurabh then moved to NCR in 2005, where they led a team of 5 developers for the development and support projects for Relationship Marketing Database (RMDB). In 2007, they joined Standard & Poor’s South Asia Services Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead/Senior Software Engineer, leading a team of 10 people for the implementation of various publication products for McGraw-Hill Higher Education division (MHHE). Saurabh then joined Aon Hewitt in 2011 as a Project Manager/Delivery Lead, leading the product development, customization and release across four business-critical teams. In 2013, they were a Delivery Manager at iBoss Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd | iWiz Technologies Inc, managing 20 people working on the development, Support and QA projects for Safe-Guard. Saurabh then moved to Bristlecone as an Associate Manager, managing a team of 10 people including Developers, BAs, Architects, and QA for the integration between Salesforce and Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) System using Agile framework. In 2017, they became an Independent Consultant: Agile Project Manager. Saurabh currently works as a Project Manager & Operations Lead at ANRA Technologies.

Saurabh Sharma has a varied educational background. Saurabh completed their MSC in IT from Karnataka State Open University, followed by a BCOM(P) in Commerce from Delhi University. Saurabh then completed a GNIIT in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Information Technology.
