Jessica Krack

Jessica Krack has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Jessica most recently worked as the Head of People at Ansa Biotechnologies, Inc. since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior Director of People at Geltor Inc. from September 2020 to January 2023. In 2020, Jessica worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Revinate for a few months. Before that, they served as a People Business Partner at Advanced Systems Group, LLC from June 2019 to January 2020. Jessica's earliest work experience includes a role as a People Operations Manager at All Bay from September 2009 to June 2019. Throughout their career, Jessica demonstrated skills in recruitment, performance management, employee development, policy and procedure implementation, and strategic planning.

Jessica Krack earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Azusa Pacific University, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Jessica then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Penn State Great Valley from 2016 to 2019. In February 2019, Jessica obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the SHRM institution.
