Natalie Bibby

Natalie Bibby is a Corporate Sustainability Specialist at The ANSA McAL Group, where responsibilities include building and maintaining knowledge of sustainability initiatives and serving as an internal expert on emerging trends and frameworks. Previously, as a QHSE Manager at Perenco, Natalie supervised a team and implemented QHSE policies, ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. In earlier roles at Repsol, including Health, Safety and Environment Advisor, Natalie coordinated emergency response training and managed safety initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biodiversity Conservation & Sustainable Development from the University of the West Indies and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.
