Adam Heide

Adam Heide currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Talent at Ansell, a position held since July 2025, where responsibilities include leading the talent strategy and enhancing organizational effectiveness across global teams. Prior to this role, Adam held various leadership positions at Bristol Myers Squibb from January 2020 to July 2025, including Sr. Director, Global Head of Talent for Research and Development, and Director of Global Talent Management. Additional experience includes a directorship at Celgene in Global Learning & Development, a Sr. Talent Management Partner role at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies, and multiple management positions at Daiichi Sankyo focusing on leadership development and training operations. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Muhlenberg College and attended The University of Queensland in 1997.
