Thomas Bell

Thomas Bell is currently working as Associate Director - Corporate HR Business Partner at Ansell since June 2021. Thomas has extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR transformation, compensation, benefits administration, performance management, and HR systems. Prior to their role at Industrial Controls & ICD Building Automation, Thomas worked as a Recruiter/Team Lead at People Science from May 2010 to April 2012, where Thomas led recruiting teams, interacted with clients, and performed strategic candidate sourcing activities. Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree from Monmouth University.
