Melissa Pringle

Melissa Pringle is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in data-driven strategies and customer relationship management. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategy at Ansira since April 2018, Melissa leads initiatives to enhance consumer and retail channel engagement through sophisticated marketing intelligence. As the founder of Compost Carpool, Melissa drives community composting efforts in the DFW metroplex. Previous roles include CRM Strategy Director at Brierley+Partners, Digital Marketing Director at NorthStar Anesthesia, and Director of CRM & Loyalty Marketing at Provista, among others. Melissa's career began as an analyst at American Airlines, where foundational skills in database marketing were developed.
