Hilary Bienstock

Hilary Bienstock is a seasoned professional in user experience with extensive experience spanning various roles since 2001. Currently serving as Principal at Hilary User Experience since January 2009, Bienstock provides consulting services, including user and market research. At AnswerLab, where Bienstock has held the position of Senior UX Research Consultant since February 2008, strategic research programs are developed to enhance clients' digital presence. Previous roles include User Experience Researcher at the Los Angeles Times and Yahoo!, where Bienstock contributed to significant web design projects. Bienstock also has academic experience as a Faculty Member in the Certificate Program in User Experience and Usability at California State University, Fullerton, teaching courses related to user-centered design.
