Mitra Martin

Mitra Martin has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Mitra began their career as a Senior Associate at Bright Sun Consulting in 1997 before moving on to roles such as a Strategist at blue dingo/GB and an Assistant Montessori Teacher at The Family School. In 2004, they became a Qualitative Researcher at Hall & Partners and later co-founded Oxygen Tango in 2008, where they served as the Co-Founder and Director for nine years. Mitra then worked as the Research Director at SocialQuest Inc before transitioning into the technology industry. Mitra joined AnswerLab in 2018 and held various positions there, including User Experience Researcher and Senior User Experience Researcher. In their current role as Director of Organizational Learning, Mitra focuses on developing learning initiatives and supporting environmental sustainability at AnswerLab. Mitra Martin attended The American School of The Hague from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their high school education. From 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature at Princeton University.
