Yun Zhou

Ms. Yun Zhou has been the general manager of customer experience and protection department since December 2021.

Ms Zhou joined the company in December 2014 and served as general manager of enterprise risk management. She has over 15 years of risk management experience. Prior to joining Ant Group, she was a senior manager at PricewaterHouseCoopers. Ms. Zhou holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Fudan University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University.
