Petruta Groza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, insurance, and management. Currently serving as a Headhunter and Executive Recruiter at Antal International and as a Consulting & Insurance Sales team builder at Transilvania Broker since January 2021, Petruta also held positions in community management and human resources at Angajez 45+ from May 2020 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Petruta accumulated extensive experience at Generali Romania from February 2003 to October 2020, serving in various capacities including Insurance Agency Manager and Head of Money Collection.
