Shruti Dhawan Singh, MBA, is an experienced HR professional and consultant currently serving as the Managing Partner at Antal International and Founder Partner at Midas Consulting. With a robust background in human resources, Shruti has held leadership roles such as AVP of Human Resources & Admin at Advantum Health, where management of HR functions for multiple sites and strategic initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion were key achievements. Previous experience includes co-founding Midas Consulting and serving as a visiting faculty member at various esteemed institutions. An expert in behavioral training, HR process improvement, and strategic HR consulting, Shruti holds a Master of Management Studies in Human Resource from the University of Mumbai and a B.Com from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics.
