Christopher Rendall

Chris is a senior vice president of Total Rewards for Antares Capital and a member of Antares Capital Operating Committee.

Chris joined Antares in 2020 from The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) where he served as First Vice President of Total Rewards for a year and a half. Prior to Chris’s transition to HR, he served as the Associate General Counsel where he provided advice on employee benefits, executive compensation and employment law matters, which he had done for over 12 years prior to joining OCC. With more than 16 years of legal and human resources experience, Chris emphasizes a structured approach to plan administration.

Chris received his undergraduate degree in Film Studies from Emory University, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Chris is also licensed to practice law in Illinois.
