Job description

The Role 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Antares team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing projects, supporting project managers and the delivery team in the successful planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects.  

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate project scheduling, deliverable management, resourcing, and document management/ project information from initiation through to project closure
  • Assist project managers in developing project plans, goals, and budgets
  • Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and escalate any issues that arise
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
  • Organise and participate in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items
  • Help manage project budgets, customer meetings and invoicing
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and project deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to projects and project teams as needed

About You 

  • Ideally you will have experience (1-3 years) in project coordination or similar role, preferably within a technology or consultancy firm
  • Ideally you will be Microsoft aligned, working in a Microsoft environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, and Microsoft stack).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Well-presented and professional with a charismatic personality. The sort of person who is able to work with anyone from any background
