Nathan Dillon

Nathan Dillon, MBA, serves as the Dean of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Antelope Valley College since January 2004, providing leadership and support within the division while overseeing personnel, programs, and expenditures. Previously, Nathan was the Performing Arts Chair and a Commercial Music Faculty member from 2017 to 2022, focusing on course planning and music instruction. Nathan co-owned No Exit Records from 1997 to 2017, supporting local artists and managing a significant catalog of recordings. In addition, Nathan administered the Lancaster Lodge #1926, increasing revenue substantially during tenure from 2014 to 2015, and contributed as an Interim Facilities Coordinator at California State University, Northridge from 2000 to 2002. Nathan holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge, along with an Associate of Arts from Antelope Valley College.
