Ryan Steger

Ryan Steger has over 18 years of work experience beginning as a Mechanical Engineer at Northrop Grumman and then working for The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Ryan also held the positions of Mechanical Design and Platform Integration Lead and Assistant Program Manager for Surface Electronic Warfare. Ryan then worked as a Senior Mechanical Systems Engineer at Parry Labs and then at Jacobs where they were a Mechanical Engineering Manager before becoming the Director of Engineering. Ryan's current position is as the Director of Engineering at Antenna Research Associates, Inc.

Ryan Steger holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Prior to this, Ryan received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied between 1998 and 2003.
