Khadija Alsabawi

Khadija Alsabawi has work experience in various roles and companies. Khadija worked at AnteoTech as a Project Lead in Electrochemistry, where they focused on market analysis, cost modeling, business planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving. Khadija also worked as a Materials Scientist at AnteoTech, where they conducted testing and analysis of Li-ion batteries, implemented quality and EH&S procedures, advocated for process improvements, and assisted in the implementation of ISO 9001.

Before joining AnteoTech, Khadija worked at Griffith University as a Researcher Phd Candidate and Research Assistant. During their time there, they conducted research on hydrogen storage and metal hydrides, designed and built instruments, performed sample preparation and analysis, collaborated with fellow researchers, and maintained laboratory equipment.

Prior to their research work, Khadija gained experience as a Teachers Aide at Kimberley College.

Khadija Alsabawi has a comprehensive education history. Khadija completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UQ Business School in 2023. Prior to this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Hydrogen Storage at Griffith University from 2015 to 2018. Before their doctoral studies, Khadija earned a Bachelor of Science with Advanced studies with Honours (BScHons) in Mathematics and Physics from Griffith University, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In 2006 and 2007, they attended Kimberley College, although specific degree details are not provided for this period.

Additionally, Khadija has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. In 2021, they completed the New Leader program offered by the Australian Institute of Management. Khadija also received certifications in First Aid and CPR from Pulse Start Training Limited in July 2021. In 2020, they obtained certificates for completing the "Managing Project Risks and Changes" and "Initiating and Planning Projects" courses on Coursera. In 2019, they completed the "Project Management: The Basics for Success" course on Coursera. Furthermore, Khadija acquired a Mental Health First Aid Course certification from Mental Health First Aid Australia in 2013 and a Radiation Safety certification from NOST - National On Site Training in August 2015. As a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society, they received the Golden Key Member certification in 2012.
