Arlie Lehmkuhler, PhD, is a scientist with extensive experience in bioanalytics and food chemistry. Currently serving as Scientist II at Antheia, Inc. since May 2021, Arlie previously held positions at the University of California, Davis from September 2015 to May 2021 as Associate Scientist, where responsibilities included project management, laboratory coordination, mentoring interns, and contributing to significant research projects focused on food additives and safety. Arlie's doctoral research involved developing methodologies to quantify food dyes and adherence markers, along with expertise in analytical techniques such as HPLC and UHPLC. Prior experiences include undergraduate research at Purdue University on anti-cancer drugs and an internship at Cargill, focusing on quality management in the Vitamin E Lab. Arlie earned a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of California, Davis and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry/Chemistry from Purdue University.
