You will
Support the Construction team and trade/supply partners in daily operations on site
Provide Administrative support to the Construction team
Ensure the daily duties and tasks related to jobs under construction are completed
Communicate with team members – be the ‘hubster’ and know what’s going on, where, with who, at all times
Oversee the completion of all job start tasks
Train, coach, support and provide back up of other administrative team member(s), when required
Record applications and receipt of Building Permits
You have
Proven administrative skills
Experience in real estate and construction development (required)
A BCIT ABT Diploma, or similar, and you want to grow into a Project Coordinator, and beyond
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
A great sense of humour!

Estimated annual salary range is $45,000 to $55,000, based on experience.
