You are

  • Capable of creating interior spaces that reflect a variety of needs and styles
  • Relationship-focused, energetic, resourceful and results-oriented individual who thrives on accepting new challenges
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledgeable on current and upcoming design trends, residential construction and reading floorplans.
  • Someone who works well independently and as part of a team
  • A strong communicator with a proven track record in conflict resolution

You will

  • Be the main point of contact for homeowners from interior selections through to possession

  • Assist in procuring and updating design palettes and continuously improve/evolve existing interior design palettes with the market

  • Select interior and exterior finishes for Anthem spec home products

  • Coordinate homeowner design-related appointments

  • Consult on and submit exterior colour selections for architectural approvals to developer

  • Consult on and submit homeowner palette selections and optional upgrades

  • Consult on and submit any change orders, both interior and exterior

  • Track homeowner selection data and current market trends

  • Be accountable for proactively educating homeowners, setting expectations and delivering timely, engaging communications

  • Schedule and attend homeowner milestone appointments

  • Adhere to and support Anthem Housing policies and procedures for both Calgary and Edmonton regions

  • Liaise with all internal departments, including Sales, Liaison, Operations, Construction and Warranty with regards to the sales process, construction details and timelines

  • Maintain a positive ‘get it done’ attitude and be the trusted advisor for homeowners, navigating homeowner concerns and difficult conversations

You have

  • A diploma/degree in Interior Design from a recognized institute

  • 4+ years of progressive homeowner service experience

  • Previous experience in the residential construction industry (preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and are extremely detail-oriented

  • The proven ability to maintain professional interactions

  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle

NOTE: This position is based out of our Calgary office and the ability and willingness to travel to Edmonton is a must.
