Natasha Naidoo

Natasha is an Associate within Anthemis’ Investment Partnership team, responsible for sourcing and evaluating opportunities within the financial wellness space as well as contributing to fundraising efforts across the firm. She is particularly interested in high-leverage solutions within the healthcare, agriculture, insurance, financial services, and longevity spaces—especially as they interact with emerging markets.

Natasha’s prior experience is as a Scientist and Operator. She holds a Masters in Molecular and Cell Biology from UC Berkeley and enjoys being able to use that skillset on a daily basis while sourcing pipeline companies. She also helped scale Africa’s largest white-label insurance company from a team of 3 to 80+ across 10 countries in approximately 14 months. These experiences came together during her MBA at the University of Oxford where she specialized in global strategy and joined Anthemis immediately after.

Outside of work, Natasha can be found walking across her home country of the Netherlands listening to audiobooks. In 2020 she covered more than 2000 miles and listened to 65+ books—she’s always looking for more recommendations!
