Carolyn Klindt is currently a Principal Consultant at Anthesis. Carolyn has over 13 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, specifically in packaging. Carolyn has worked for some of the largest food and beverage companies in the world, including Danone, WhiteWave Foods, Dean Foods, and ConAgra Foods. Carolyn is an expert in packaging design, development, and sustainability. Carolyn has led multiple projects focused on reducing the environmental impact of packaging and increasing recyclability and compostability. Carolyn is a passionate advocate for circular economy principles and is working to help their clients transition to a more sustainable future.

Carolyn Klindt has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, a Masterclass Certificate in Circular Economy from the University of Exeter, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Packaging from Michigan State University.
