Rebecca Pashley-Robinson

Rebecca Pashley-Robinson has worked in various HR roles, starting as an Internal Recruiter at SThree and progressing to HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner at Grosvenor and Lazard. Rebecca then became a HR Projects Manager at Grosvenor before transitioning to become a Director at Rockingham HR Limited, where Rebecca worked as an Independent HR Consultant. Currently, Rebecca holds the position of Global Talent and Engagement Director at Anthesis Group. Rebecca focuses on establishing strategic people priorities to enhance business performance and culture, with a strong background in financial services, consultancy, investment, and property sectors. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
