Brittany Mays

Brittany Mays, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Brittany currently serves as the Regional Director of Human Resources at Anthology Senior Living since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Homestead Hospice from November 2020 to April 2022. From November 2017 to November 2020, Brittany held the position of People Experience (Human Resources) Lead at Thrive Senior Living. Brittany also served as a Payroll Administrator and Director of First Impressions / Business Office Manager at Thrive Senior Living from February 2017 to November 2017 and from July 2015 to February 2017, respectively. Before joining Thrive Senior Living, Brittany gained experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, HR, AR/AP at Sanitas Skincare from June 2013 to June 2015. Brittany'searlier roles include being a Store Manager and Regional Manager at MetroPCS from 2007 to 2013.

Brittany Mays, SHRM-CP, pursued their education with a focus on business administration and human resources management. Brittany obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Western Governors University in 2022. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed their Certified Nursing Assistant certification at New Horizons Medical Institute. From 2014 to 2016, Brittany attended Metropolitan State University of Denver, studying Business Administration and Management. In 2007, they attended the University of West Georgia, and they graduated from Winder Barrow High School in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Brittany has acquired various certifications to further enhance their professional skills. Brittany obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in June 2020. Furthermore, they have completed several HR-related courses offered by LinkedIn, including "Hiring, Managing, and Separating from Employees" in March 2021, "HR as a Business Partner" in November 2020, "Human Resources: Pay Strategy" in November 2020, and "Organization Design" in November 2020.
