Kimberly Converse

Kimberly Converse, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Kimberly is currently serving as the Regional Director of Human Resources for TLC Management, where they provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefits. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager for ADVOCACY LINKS, LLC. Kimberly also has experience as the HR Director for Mason Health and Rehab Center and as a bartender and payroll employee at Chapman's Brewing Company. Additionally, they have worked as an office manager assistant at Miller's at Oak Pointe, a sales coordinator at LT Real Estate, and as a school psychologist secretary and International Baccalaureate secretary for Weld County School Dist. 6. Kimberly started their career as a shift supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company, where they focused on creating a personalized and positive experience for customers.

Kimberly Converse, SHRM-CP, has a diverse educational background. Kimberly obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International/Global Studies from Southern Oregon University, which they attended from 1994 to 1996. In 2003, they pursued further education in Theological Studies and earned a Certificate from Trinity Lutheran Seminary, completing their studies in 2004. More recently, in 2013, Kimberly earned a Certificate in Social Media from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the SHRM institution in February 2020.
