Kate Dehne

Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Anthology

Kate Dehne has had a diverse work experience. Kate started their career as a Research Associate at Heidrick and Struggles in 2006, where they worked for a year. Kate then joined J.P. Morgan in 2007 as an Associate in their Primary Insight Division. After three years at J.P. Morgan, Kate moved to Blackbaud in 2010 and held the role of Director, Talent Acquisition. Here, they worked closely with C-suite executives and developed a standardized new employee orientation. In 2021, Kate joined Anthology as the Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, where they are involved in advancing learning and building strategies for educational institutions.

Kate Dehne attended Southern Methodist University where they earned a BA degree in Sociology. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Westminster School and received a High School Diploma.
