Shannon Nelson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPSP, serves as the Director of Global Benefits at Anthology Inc after holding the position of Senior Manager of Global Benefits at the Environmental Defense Fund. As Principal Owner of Bayou City Business Advisors, Shannon brings extensive experience in benefits management, previously serving as Benefits Program Manager for Leave of Absence & Disability at National Veterinary Associates and working as a Human Resources Generalist at Axiom Medical. Shannon holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Sam Houston State University.
