Emily Allen

Emily Allen is currently serving as the People Director at Anthony Nolan since April 2021. Prior to this role, Emily held positions such as Head of People Development and Head of Talent at Cooper Parry. With a background in HR and talent management, Emily has also worked in various roles at Boots UK, Thorntons, and CAPE INDUSTRIAL SERVICES GROUP LIMITED. Emily obtained their CIPD qualification from Doncaster Business School and holds a BA Hons in English from Nottingham Trent University.Additionally, Emily has a Post Grad Certificate in Coaching from the University of Chester.
