Joanna McGuinness MInstF(Dip) is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in the not-for-profit sector. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at THINK and Interim Christian Aid Week Advisor at Christian Aid, Joanna has also held senior positions at Anthony Nolan, Cats Protection, Team Jak Foundation, Children 1st, Royal Free Charity, Stroke Association, Cancer Research UK, and Muscular Dystrophy UK. With a strong track record in developing fundraising strategies, managing teams, and delivering significant income growth, Joanna's expertise includes corporate partnerships, community fundraising, and philanthropy.
