Jimmy Gould

Jimmy Gould is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Talent at Anthropic since October 2024. Prior to this role, Jimmy held the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Databricks from April 2021 to October 2024.
