Kelly Foreman

Kelly Foreman is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently working at Anthropic since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kelly served as the Head of Talent at Menlo Labs, where responsibilities included leading talent initiatives for a venture studio focused on innovative startups. Kelly's background also includes partnering with Arkifi, an AI startup, to build talent programs. Previously, Kelly held various positions at Affirm, including Manager of Engineering Talent and Technical Recruiting Lead, and contributed to diversity initiatives at Zillow Group as a founding member of the DEI Working Stream. Earlier experiences include technical recruiting roles at Trulia and LinkedIn, along with culinary expertise gained while working as a chef at Wayfare Tavern and NOPA. Kelly holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MA in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
